Union Aid invites sealed tenders from registered suppliers for the deployed/supply of the following items at Kabul, Main Office.

1. Tender pack can be downloaded from our website www.unionaid.org and www.acbar.org. Tender document can also be collected by sending email request to logistics@unionaid.org

یونین اید از تمام عرضه ‌کنندگان ثبت‌ شده دعوت می ‌نماید تا داوطلبی‌های سربستهٔ خویش را جهت تهیه/تدارک اقلام ذیل به دفتر مرکزی این نهاد در کابل ارائه نمایند.

A. جدول قیمت ضمیمه گردیده است.

شرایط و ضوابط:

۱. بستهٔ داوطلبی از طریق وب‌ سایت‌های ما به نشانی‌هایwww.unionaid.orgو www.acbar.org قابل دانلود می‌باشد. همچنان اسناد داوطلبی با ارسال درخواست از طریق ایمیل به آدرسlogistics@unionaid.org قابل دریافت است

2. Sealed tenders must be submitted to House No. 01, Dan Nal, Bagh-e-Balah, Kabul, Afghanistan, on or before 01:00 PM on 31-Aug-2026. The bidder should write down the word “TENDER” on the sealed envelope. Tenders will not be opened before 02:00 PM on 31-Aug-2026.

۲.تمام پیشنهادهای مهر و پاکت ‌شده باید حداکثر تا ساعت 01:00 بعد از ظهر مورخ 31-Aug-2026 به آدرس زیر تحویل داده شوند:خانه نمبر 01، دان نل، باغ بالا، کابل، افغانستان.و باید روی پاکت دربسته عبارت «TENDER» درج گردد.پیشنهادها قبل از ساعت 00:20 بعد از ظهر مورخ 31-Aug-2026 باز نخواهند شد.

3. Tenders will be opened on the same day i.e., 31-Aug-2026 at Time 02:00 PM. in the presence of suppliers or their representatives, who wish to witness the tender opening at House No 01, Dan Nal, Bagh-e-Balah, Kabul Afghanistan.

۳. داوطلبی‌ها درهمان روز، یعنی مورخ 31-Aug-2026، ساعت 2:00 بعد از ظهر، در حضور عرضه‌ کنندگان یا نمایندگان آن‌ها که مایل به مشاهده بازگشایی داوطلبی هستند، در آدرس خانه شماره 01، ، دهن نل، باغ بالا، کابل، افغانستان بازگشایی خواهد شد

4. In case a public holiday is announced by the Government (Due to any reason) the tender will be opened the next working day at the same time and venue.

۴. در صورتی که دولت به هر دلیلی یک روز تعطیل عمومی اعلام نماید، بازگشایی داوطلبی در اولین روز کاری بعد، در همان زمان و مکان انجام خواهد شد.

5. The Supplier must quote only one option for each item. Bids received with more than one options and rates may be rejected. Please re-consider this clause.

۵. عرضه ‌کننده باید برای هر قلم تنها یک گزینه قیمت ارائه نماید. داوطلبی‌هایی که بیش از یک گزینه یا نرخ برای یک قلم ارائه شده باشند، ممکن است رد شوند.

6. if any selected bidder refuses to accept the order for the offered lot/lots or refuses to sign the contract, Union Aid reserves the right to forfeit the bid security of the bidder.

۶. در صورتی که هر یک از برندگان منتخب از پذیرش سفارش مربوط به قلم یا اقلام ارائه شده خودداری کند یا از امضای قرارداد خودداری نماید، یونین اید حق دارد سپرده تضمین داوطلب را ضبط نماید.

7. Suppliers must not be engaged in any corruption, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/ bidding by multiple names / companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices his/her bid may be rejected and the companies must be permanently black listed with UA.

۷. تأمین‌کنندگان نباید در هیچ ‌گونه فعالیت‌های فساد، تقلب، تبانی یا اجبار دخیل باشند، از جمله اما نه محدود به اشتراک در داوطلبی با استفاده از چندین نام یا شرکت. در صورت ثابت شدن دخالت هر داوطلب در چنین فعالیت‌ها، داوطلبی وی رد گردیده و شرکت مربوطه به‌صورت دایمی در لیست سیاه UA قرار خواهد گرفت.

8. Only the shortlisted supplier/Companies will be asked to provide samples for physical check.

۸ .تنها تأمین‌کنندگان/شرکت‌های فهرست‌ شده نهایی (شارت لیست) برای ارائه نمونه‌ها جهت بررسی فزیکی درخواست خواهند شد.

9. Lowest price will not be the sole criteria for selection, furthermore the quality, delivery time, and previous experience will also be considered.

۹. پایین ‌ترین قیمت تنها معیار انتخاب نخواهد بود؛ علاوه بر آن، کیفیت، زمان تحویل و تجارب قبلی نیز در نظر گرفته خواهند شد.

10. All medicine and medical supplies should have at least 12-18 months of shelf life (expiry date)

۱۰. تمام ادویه‌جات و لوازم طبی باید حداقل دارای ۱۲ الی ۱۸ ماه مدت اعتبار (تاریخ انقضا) باشند.

11. The delivery period for the supply of pharmaceuticals is – As per the Order date.

۱۱. مدت زمان تحویل برای عرضه دوا ها طبق تاریخ سفارش یا آردر می باشد.

12. All values entered in the unit price column must be reviewed carefully. In the event of any discrepancy between the unit price and the total amount, the unit price shall prevail.

۱۲. تمام مقادیر در ستون قیمت واحد باید با دقت درج شوند. در صورت وجود هرگونه اختلاف بین قیمت واحد و مبلغ کل، مقدار درج‌ شده در ستون قیمت واحد ملاک قرار خواهد گرفت.

13. Any shortage of any required items in market or inflation problems will negatively impact Union Aid supplies, Supplier is expected to inform the shortage of supply at the time (15 days before the supply date). Union aid will select the alternative available brand.

۱۳. هرگونه کمبود در اقلام مورد نیاز در بازار یا مشکلات ناشی از تورم می‌تواند به‌ طور منفی بر تأمین‌های Union Aid تأثیر بگذارد. تأمین‌کننده موظف است در صورت بروز کمبود در عرضه، در زمان مناسب (15 روز قبل از تاریخ تأمین) اطلاع دهد. در این صورت، Union Aid برند جایگزین موجود را انتخاب خواهد کرد.
