Union Aid is a non-governmental organisation, registered under Societies Act 1860 in 2012. Union Aid was established by Dr. Toryalay Nassery and initiated its activities in health sector after its establishment in 1979 that formally commenced from 1980 with the prior permission from Ministry of SAFRON, Government of Pakistan. Union Aid is actively providing health care services, education, scholarships, vocational training and family support programs.
Union Aid invites sealed tenders from registered suppliers for the deployed/supply of the following items at Kabul, Main Office.

1. Tender pack can be downloaded from our website www.unionaid.org and www.acbar.org. Tender document can also be collected by sending email request to logistics@unionaid.org
2. Sealed tenders should reach House No 01, Dan Nal,Bagh-e-Balah,Kabul ,Afghanistan or before 01:00 PM hours on 17-Feb-2026 and should be marked “TENDER - Not to be opened before 01:30 PM on 17-Feb-2026”
3. Tenders will be opened on the same day i.e., 17 Feb 2026 at Time 1:30 PM hrs. in the presence of suppliers or their representatives, who wish to witness the tender opening at House No 01, Dan Nal, Bagh-e-Balah, Kabul Afghanistan.
4. In case a public holiday is announced by the Government (Due to any reason) the tender will be opened the next working day at the same time and venue.
5. The Supplier must quote only one option for each item. Bids received with more than one options and rates may be rejected.
6. if any selected bidder refuses to accept the order for the offered lot/lots or refuses to sign the contract, Union Aid reserves the right to forfeit the bid security of the bidder.
7. Suppliers must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/ bidding by multiple names / companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices his/her bid may be rejected and the companies in question permanently black listed
8. The awarding will be fulfilled by the supplier/Company and Client (Union Aid), based on the following criteria:
a. Vehicle Assessment
b. Relevant Experience
c. Lowest Price
9. All values in unit price column should be entered carefully. In case there is any discrepancy between unit price and total amount, value put in unit price column will govern.
10. Payment details of the supplier must be clearly stated e.g. Company available bank account details.
11. The Contractor shall supply two (2) rental vehicles to the Main Office and seven (7) rental vehicles to the seven (7) Basic Health Centers (BHCs).
12. ONLY SHORTLISTED SUPPLIERS WILL BE CALLED FOR THE VEHICLE INSPECTION
