Conduct of Union Aid SMT Meeting.
The Union Aid SMT meeting was convened to provide a platform for department heads and project managers to share updates on their ongoing activities and to discuss the challenges and opportunities they face in the program.
The team agreed to collaborate on finding solutions to the highlighted challenges and reconvene in the next SMT meeting to assess progress. Action items were assigned to ensure accountability.
