Union Aid conducted monthly Health Management Information System (HMIS) coordination meeting among the basic health centers BHCs medical doctors and the office HMIS in charge of the health project funded by #MalteserInternational, HMIS IS crucial framework used to collect, analyze, and manage health data in regular monthly and quarterly basis, the main objective having this meeting is to analyze data to improve health services with sharing the feedbacks, comments and suggestion with the BHC staff and let them to improve their analytical data and let M&E department to track health indicators to assess the effectiveness of health programs.
Union Aid provide utmost data collection tools and facility for the staff at the community level and the BHC level and regularly support them to have accurate data which lead the HMIS department to provide reports for stakeholders to understand health trends and achievements.
apart from the HMIS issued the team discussed the Mpox which is an illness caused by the monkeypox virus among the medical staff and take precoution measures to improve the public awareness, regional health cluster advise the same.
