Executive Director's Visit to MI Balkh Project - Health Facilities

The Executive Director, along with representatives from the main and Balkh offices, visited six health facilities (BHCs) to observe service delivery, engage with staff, and understand the challenges faced in community health care.
During the visit, the Executive Director closely monitored ongoing services, discussed staff concerns and suggestions, and provided guidance to ensure alignment with project objectives and budget plans. He stressed the importance of supporting health teams to enhance service quality and accessibility.
The health facility teams, including doctors, nurses, midwives, and vaccinators, expressed gratitude for Union Aid’s consistent support, noting the positive impact on community health, particularly for those in hard-to-reach areas. They requested continued and strengthened assistance to maintain and improve essential healthcare delivery.
