Union Aid is seeking for a capable candidate who has Financial experience as well as Administration to help in controlling and preparing of rental vehicle rental contracts, control vehicle logbooks, fuel and maintenance, preparation and processing drivers payroll with Finance Team. The candidate should have ability to process all related financial transactions individually with the direct support of finance officer(s) and Finance Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
- Payment of fuel and maintenance of vehicles on monthly basis,
- Prepare and process payroll of drivers on monthly basis,
- Prepare monthly financial report,
- Keep proper filing and record both in soft & hard
Job Requirements:
- Holder of BBA finance / Administration,
- One year experience with local or International NGO,
- Good command of Ms-Excel and Ms-Word, and
- Ability to speak in local languages.
