About Union Aid
Union Aid (UA) is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political humanitarian and development organization established by Dr. Toryalay Nassery (an Afghan scholar) in July 1979 in Peshawar, Pakistan. It was formed in response to the influx of refugees from Afghanistan and was the first/pioneer organization to serve the Afghan refugees in Pakistan. Union Aid implemented its activities mainly in refugee camps that later became villages, which was one of the biggest refugee camps in the world at that time. UA initiated its activities in Afghanistan in the 1981 and gradually expanded its services all over Afghanistan. UA started its activities with two doctors and two paramedical staff that gradually expanded to various programs, including:
Health Care & Nutrition: Establishment and management of hospitals and clinics, maternal and child health services, nutrition programs, family planning, as well as full sponsorship and specialized treatment of patients in European countries including Germany, Spain and Italy.
Food Security: Distribution of food items throughout the country.
Education: Literacy initiatives, school management, scholarships for students, and teacher training programs.
Livelihoods & Vocational Skills: Technical training, handicraft production, and employment generation activities to strengthen self-reliance.
WASH & Shelter: Provision of clean drinking water, sanitation facilities, hygiene promotion, and emergency shelters.
Emergency Response: Life-saving interventions including food and non-food distributions, winter relief packages, and rapid health responses during crises.
Agriculture & Environment: Tree plantation and afforestation initiatives to support sustainability and environmental resilience.
Protection: Women empowerment projects, orphanage centers, and demining project.
Cash Assistance: Continuous financial support for needy families and internally displaced persons (IDPs).
Job Description:
Union Aid will provide health care services in Balkh province in six Basic Health Center (BHCs) in line with BPHS structure under the guidance and supervision of the Health Project Manager and in cooperation with the health authorities, health facility supervisors, staff and beneficiaries, the Nurse / Dispenser will be responsible to ensure that Union Aid health program achieve its objectives, improve health outcomes for beneficiaries, are cost effective and sustainable, and conform to Union Aid and Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) policies.
The Health Officer will be based in Balkh (Mazar E Sharif), and will travel to field in Balkh that are covered by the project.

: مسؤلیت ها. پا بند بودن به وظیفه و رعایت قوانین طبی وضع شده برخورد و سلوک مناسب با پرسونل کلینیک ومراجعین ، احترام به کلتور وعنعنات مردم ومطابعت از ان . توزیع درست ادویه مطابق نسخه تجویز شده و رهنمائی دقیق در مورد طرز و مقدار استعمال ادویه برای مریضان .آگاهی از تاریخ انقضای ادویه جات و باطل نمودن درست ادویه جاتیکه تار یخ ان گذشته است مطابق به ستندرد ها سهم گیری درتر ینینگ ها و انتقال دانش آموخته شده به سایر کارمندان مرکزصحی مطابق به پلان تریننگ داخلی مرکزصحی فراهم نمودن و ارائه تعلیمات وتبلیغات صحی دوائی براى مراجعين اداره ،تنظیم، ذخیره و توزیع ادویه درمرکزصحی مطلع بودن از تصنیف، استطباب، دوز، عوارض جانبی و مضاد استطباب تمام ادویه جاتی که از طریق این فارمسی توزیع میگردد از بین بردن به موقع ادویه تار یخ گذشته و تهیه اسناد آن .ترتیب و تنظیم ادویه جات مطابق به نورم فارمسی به اساس حروف الفبا .معرفت و تطبیق لید تام استاک اصغری اعظمی تهیه درخواست به اساس آن .برای تمام ادویه جات و مواد طبی FIFO و FEFO رعایت سیستم تآمین محیط پاک وصحى در ستاک دوائی و دواخانه نگهداری ادویه مطابق به ستندرد محافظه ادویه سهم گیری در انکشاف استفاده معقول ادویه NSTG و RUD رعایت همکاری مؤثر وفعالانه باساير اعضای کلینیک اشتراک منظم در مجالس كارمندان برای انکشاف و پیشرفت پروگرام و حل مشكلات درسطح مرکزصحی تهیه و ارسال راپور مصرف,درخواست و گزارش فعالیت های ماهوار بخش دوائی دقیق به دیپارتمنت مربوطه اجرای وظایف سپرده شده از طرف امر کلینیک اجرا وتطبیق پانسمان و زرقیات ور یدی ، عضلی ، تحت الجلدی مطابق هدایات داکتر ، ثبت و راجستر و راپور دهی به موقع و مناسب سهم گیری فعال درتطبیق ستندرد های جدید بهبود کیفیت همکاری در اداره، هماهنگی ، راپور دهی بموقع از حوادث غیر مترقبه و پاسخ اضطراری به ان نگهداری و مراقبت به موقع از کیت عاجل ، نظارت از تهیه واستفاده محلول کلورین در مرکزصحی.
Job Requirements:
فارغ التحصیل تعلیمات متوسطه طبی و نرسنگ ,مهارت كافى درتنظيم و اداره بخش دوائی دو سال به حیث نرس در یکی از مراکز صحی تحت پوشش بی پی اچ اس تصلت در زبان های محل
