Union Aid conducted Community Health Shura (Council) and Community Health Workers CHWs monthly coordination meeting at Khurasan Basic Health Center BHC funded by #MalteserInternational, the meeting focused on extending and improving the community base awareness sessions in regarding m-pox and some of the sessional CDC disease, improving the referral system through advocacy and supporting the outreach team to conduct the planned activities of immunization, case detections, awareness sessions and visiting the beneficiaries in safe and secure environment.
Community health Shura (Council) contribute an efficient collaboration in facilitating the better primary health service and expand the public awareness capacity by supporting the medical teams and health facility, Union Aid is committed to support and provide enough space and opportunity to the Health Shuras (Councils) to facilitate a well coordination with the community health workers CHWs and support the BHCs to operate normally.
