Food distribution for affected families of recent earthquake in Herat province.
The project of food item distribution had 3 phases:
1. Assessment
2. Survey
3. Package distribution.
The Union Aid leadership upon occurring this horrible earthquake held a meeting and assigned a team to travel to Herat province for assessment.
Due to a comprehensive assessment and visual report to donor agencies, luckily most of the donors showed their commitment to help the affected people.
The AFV donor committed and accepted the emergency help of people regarding Food Items, Non-Food Items package, and health services.
During the distribution, the highest representative of the AFV donor accompanied the distribution team and monitored the whole procedure.
In the end, helped people appreciate the AFV and Union Aid affords.
